聽覺障礙幼兒之融合教師的教學困擾 與支持需求 陳慶錨 陳麗如 長庚大學早期療育研究所研究生 長庚大學早期療育研究所副教授 國立彰化啟智學校語言治療師 摘 要 本研究採問卷調查法，以分層立意取樣的方式發放 200 份問卷，藉由開放式問題的資料分析 與歸納，探討聽障幼兒於融合教育中，幼兒園教師所面臨的教學困擾及支持需求。研究結果發現， 教學困擾包含聽覺輔具與教學方面的專業知能不足，園所環境吵雜與人數眾多以及行政支援缺乏 等問題，而教師期待透過相關專業服務、學校行政、家長及政策的支持，改善教學的困擾。冀望 藉由本文的撰述與建議，提供給相關單位與人員做參考。 關鍵詞 ：聽覺障礙、教學困擾、支持需求 The Inclusive Teachers’ Teaching Disturbance and Supporting Needs for The Children with Hearing Impairment Chin Mao Chen Li Ju Chen National Chang-Hua School Graduate Institute of Early Intervention, for Students with Special University of Chang Gung ABSTRACT This research explored the teaching disturbance and supporting needs of the preschool teachers for children with hearing impairment in inclusive education. It was a quality research conducting on 200 preschool teachers via open-end questionnaires. The research found that teaching disturbance included noisy environment, too many kids, lack of administrative support, and lack of professional knowledge in both hearing aids and teaching aspects. The teachers expected to improve the teaching disturbance by related professional services, school administration and the parents and policy supports. With the finding this research proposed the implications for practice.
