Chlor oplast pr ot eo me is one o the most inten- sive aspect s o the plant subcellular prot eo mics resear ch . By using subcellular prot eome t echnique, more and more choloplast ic pr ot eins have been ident i ied . T he present rev iew sum marizes t he recent pro gress in pro- t eins locat ed in the di erent chlor oplastic com part ments , including t he inner and out er envelop membranes, chloro plast st rom a, t hylako id m em branes and t hylakoid lum en .
