Through analyzing the influence factors of enterprise strategy adjustment and establishing dynamic management mode, the sustainable competitive advantage based on enterprise dynamic strategy management can be obtained. [Keywords] Dynamic strategic management; strategic adjustment; competitive intelligence; core competence Since 90s, Chinas entrepreneurs and the international CEO, in strategy formulation and selection faced an outstanding problem in the dynamic competitive conditions, through the implementation of enterprise strategic management effectively, and ensure the long-term stability of the enterprise and continues to gain higher than the market average rate of return. In the dynamic environment, the core of the formulation and implementation of enterprise strategy management is the construction and implementation of dynamic strategic management. So, what is dynamic strategic management? Dynamic strategic management refers to the enterprise in the established development strategy, vision and strategic objectives under the premise of the impact on the strategic adjustment of the factors and the environment as well as their strategic resources and enhance the ability of the implementation of the strategy, strategic assessment, strategic adjustment and development of new strategies and other activities; at the same time the use of dynamic strategic assessment and the adjustment method for the dynamic management of the original strategy.
