In todays society, the competition is fierce and the turnover of personnel is serious. Many enterprises complain that the shortage of talents leads to the decline of enterprise competitiveness and even threatens the survival of enterprises. From a personal point of view, the quick success of the atmosphere is serious, a short period of time due to frequent job hopping, the personnel structure is not stable, and from a business perspective, may not be fatal when the appointment of business management is the threat is not perfect system, unreasonable management mode.

BNET: what do you think are the problems in the domestic human resource market at this stage?
Jing: at present, I think:
1, from an enterprise point of view, job hopping is frequent.
2, from the bosss point of view, will feel the loyalty of talent problems.
3, from the point of view from the organization, personnel working in the organization after a period of time, will feel tired, not just entry as passionate, not so dedicated, there are many employees complain a lot.
4, from the perspective of individual talent, we feel that any one company, a unit is not stable, feel the work always changes, just want to do one thing, and organizational change. Or when you really want to do something, a boss, and a boss, and their views are not the same. Or encounter business, always in the adjustment of strategy, enterprise strategy adjustment, at the same time, talent also need to re adjust. Then, if individuals do not adapt to the new enterprise strategy, they will be forced to change jobs.
