Career, according to the American organizational behavior expert Douglas Hall (DouglasT.Hall) concept, refers to a persons life experience included in a series of activities and behavior. Organizational career management is the result of the combination of organizational career development plan and personal career development plan activities. Through the organization of career management system to achieve the balance between organizational human resources needs and personal career needs, it can create an efficient working environment and attract people, educate people and keep people in the enterprise atmosphere. The ultimate goal of enterprise career management is to help employees through their career development, in order to achieve sustainable development of the organization, and achieve organizational goals. Therefore, occupational management assumes that only organizational excellence can be achieved. The excellence of employees depends on the professional management of the organization.
