Cultivation of graduate students experience
Began training graduate students from 2001 to now, I have graduated in group 7 graduate students and 3 doctoral students, the school also helped cultivate postgraduates; there are 5 doctoral students and 1 graduate students in the reading group. Since the students from the beginning, I have been working at admission, topics of the research process and other aspects of the accumulation of experience, find problems in the cultivating process and seek the solution, hoping to find effective ways to improve students quality.
Although there are many differences between disciplines, each laboratory will have its own training ideas and methods, but some training content is common. The first is the ability of scientific research training, which is on the basis of the partial to science and engineering students, for the application of disciplines such as doctors, engineers and students even though different, but there should be a similar training. Secondly, there are scientific research norms to train students to avoid fraud and plagiarism, so that in the future, like some diploma and experience fraud, as unmanageable. Scientific research ability and training of scientific research norms are the tasks that must be completed in the process of postgraduate training. If the training in the masters degree is not good enough, the doctor will make great efforts to make up missed lessons, train good research habits and reverse bad habits. Some universities, especially elite schools, have relatively solid training at the undergraduate level, so that students can devote more energy to the subject while they are reading graduate students. In this regard, Graduate instructors favor elite students, it is easy to understand.
