建筑业项目成本管理方法探析（Cost management of construction industry） Cost management of construction industry Project cost management method of construction industry 2008-12-20 15:15:54 [Abstract] in China, usually the construction project cost management is divided into six parts with each other, namely cost prediction, cost planning, cost control, cost accounting, cost analysis and cost assessment; this article discussed deeply on the above four aspects, points out the problems in project cost management. Meanwhile it is also pointed out that the project cost management is an important part of enterprise survival and development in modern time in the competition. First of all, the important role of cost forecasting in cost management is analyzed. Cost prediction is the basis of cost planning, and provides the basis for scientific and reasonable cost control objectives. Secondly, the important function of cost control and the important relation between cost control and cost prediction are discussed in detail. Thirdly, the content of cost accounting is expounded. Strengthening the project cost accounting is the objective need of the development of construction project cost management. Finally, the article briefly introduces cost analysis. Cost analysis is an important link of cost management, content analysis, analysis of the breakthrough product production process as the object, and only limited to the economic aspects of factor analysis methods, the analysis should be expanded to the whole process of production and operation, further to the technical field, in analyzing the effect on the focus of analysis performed by the assessment of cost plan, transferred to the cost benefit analysis carried out. In a word, for the construction enterprises, competition among enterprises will be gradually transferred from product quality competition to price competition.
