Research on customer perceived value in professional service industry
Abstract: with the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, professional service enterprises are leading the rapid progress of modern service industry. However, in the modern society with more and more international competition, Chinese professional service enterprises are also faced with the problem of how to formulate strategies and improve service quality. In this paper, from the angle of customer perceived value, provide professional service enterprise based on knowledge management, expectation, process and context, strengthen the management of services, so as to improve the strategy of customer perceived value and enhancing the competitiveness of service enterprises.

In 1980s, with the expansion of knowledge resources, knowledge innovation has gradually become the new service economy an important foundation for the development and prosperity, the knowledge-based service industry is increasingly showing the features of future economic growth engine. With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, great progress has been made in Chinas professional service industry. However, there are still some difficulties in the rapid expansion, and there is still a big gap between the quality of professional services and the international level. This article will combine the characteristics of professional services, from the perspective of improving customer perceived value, propose strategies to improve service quality and improve service performance.
