【摘要】??　　目的优化葛根总黄酮提取工艺。方法采用水提壳聚糖澄清法与传统水提醇沉法平行对比，正交实验考察解吸剂（乙醇）浓度、解吸温度、洗脱速度3个因素，以总黄酮提取量、葛根素提取量、得膏率为考察指标综合评价。结果壳聚糖澄清工艺能有效保留葛根中葛根素及总黄酮等有效成分，节省乙醇用量，缩短生产周期。选取最佳纯化条件：乙醇浓度为70%，洗脱温度35℃，洗脱速度为2BV/h。采用该工艺葛根总黄酮纯度达60%以上。结论该法简单可取，适合于工业化大生产。 【关键词】??葛根总黄酮 葛根素 提取 大孔树脂　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction technology of the total flavones in Radix Puerariae.
