Let (G) be the conjugate class number of non-cyclic subgroup of a group G. Obviously, the non-cyclic subgroups of G are conjugated if and only if G is inner cyclic, we clearly know that if (G) 1. And the situation of (G) 2 , 3 , 4 ,5 have been completely classified by someone. Based the former work, this paper will continue discussing the question and will give the classification of a finite nilpotent group G when (G) 6 .
