MethodThe data of 696 in-patients who have received acupuncture consultation were analyzed by the following aspects: reason of consultation, treatment method, treatment frequency, treatment result, and department. ResultThe consultation requests were from 26 departments. The disease scope was quite wide, predominated by nervous system diseases. Acupuncture had significant efficacy in treating urinary retention and hiccup, and it’s also an important treatment for sudden hearing loss. ConclusionAcupuncture has contently supplemented the shortness of
