Therefore this paper objective analysis of the new situation, the current international trade in a more open posture to actively respond to anti-dumping, figure out what the problem is, reasonable use of WTO rules, pertinently take effective measures to prevent trade friction, international reasonable means to safeguard national economic rights and economic security, reduce or even eliminate trade friction to China trade negative effects, and actively responding to foreign trade barriers, eliminate, radically change the disadvantage in trade in China. And timely seizing the beneficial opportunities, promoting Chinas economy continued to steady and rapid development.
