茶叶产业对农村经济发展的作用探析.docVIP

摘要 昌宁县的茶产业从开始种植到现在已经发展成了昌宁县农村经济增长的主要产业之一，为当地农村经济的发展做出了重大贡献，有利于农民收入的增长和生活水平的提高，昌宁茶产业能够迅速发展是政府扶持和茶农不断努力的共同结果。茶产业的发展为农村的基础设施建设如进村公路的建设、交通工具的普及、农户住房的改善以及带动地方第二产业和第三产业的发展起到了巨大的推动作用。“不过由于受到交通条件的限制、耕地面积零散、科技、品牌创新等因素的制约而不利于进行规模化生产”。另一方面在茶叶生产过程中由于缺少技术人员的指导导致茶叶总体质量不高，从而导致茶产业创造的效益低下。还有就是机制的不健全和不完善，不能有效规范生产和收购的有序进行，种种因素导致了昌宁茶产业的发展进入到了一个瓶颈期，所以认真对茶叶产业对昌宁农村经济发展的作用进行探析，同时借鉴前人研究的文献资料等对昌宁县茶产业对农村经济发展的作用进行分析，并且吸取国内外茶产业发展的优秀经验，因地制宜结合昌宁县的实际情况探究更适合昌宁茶产业发展的道路。这对茶产业带动农村经济发展具有一定的现实意义。 关键词：农村经济、发展、农民增收 Abstract Changing county tea industry from start growing until now had become prosperous Changing county rural economic growth is one of the main industries, made a major contribution to the development of local rural economy, also to the growth of farmers income and the improvement of living standards,Changing tea industry can rapid development is the common result of the government support and tea farmers continuous efforts.
