浅析房地产＋连锁经营模式的经营战略 徐丽花 陕西工业职业技术学院物流管理系 摘 要：连锁经营是一种新型的商业组织模式和经营方式，是现代商业的主流模式。但在其发展过程中，越来越多地呈现出与房地产的关系，甚至创造出“商业+地产”的经营模式。本文基于连锁经营的概念及特征，分析了连锁企业实施房地产战略的背景及应用，以期使连锁企业得到更好的发展?连锁经营作为一种新型的商业组织模式和经营方式，展现了其强大的竞争力和发展能力，在世界范围内得到了迅速的发展，成为现代商业的主流模式。但在其发展过程中，越来越多地呈现出了与房地产的关系，不但在房地产的经营中广泛采取了连锁经营的方式，而且在连锁商业中，房地产经营已成为连锁企业的主要收入渠道，麦当劳公司的收入90%来自于房地产经营，我国发展最快的大型连锁商业国美电器和苏宁电器，均通过房地产辅助其扩张，甚至创造出了“商业地产”的经营模式。因此，连锁经营中的房地产战略是一个值得研究的新问题。连锁经营房地产 商业地产Abstract: Chain management is a new type of business organization model and mode of operation is the mainstream model of modern business.
