　　简谈电气专业毕业设计(论文) 简谈电气专业毕业设计(论文)____消防烟热模拟训练系统的设 导读：电气专业毕业设计(论文)----消防烟热模拟训练系统的设计和实现 摘 要 消防烟热模拟训练系统可以模拟出烟、热、声、光等逼真的火灾环境，使训练人员按照预先设好的路线和要求进行训练，以提高消防训练人员的在实际火灾环境中的适应能力和作战能力。 本文的消防模拟训练系统由显示设备、上位机工控机、下位机PLC、采集总线和现场设备组成，分为设备层、控制层和信息层三层X络结构，并通过工业以太X将整个系统连接起来。根据现场设备的数据类型，将系统的通信设计分为两条线路，一路是经过PLC控制的现场环境数据和控制设备启停的数据，另一路是由采集卡直接采集的120路开关量信息，同时在上位机MCGS组态软件进行西门子-S7200-CP243-1和研华PCI-1754设备组态和通道连接，将现场数据和数据库的数据对象连接起来。通过这些数据系统实现对现场的训练情况进行实时监控。因此系统的通信实现主要是PLC和工控机的以太X通讯及PCI 和工控机的以太X通讯。 系统的控制方案设计里面给出了系统的工作的流程，它有自动控制和手动控制两种方式。步进跟踪模块实现定位人员的位置信息和跟踪训练人员的行动轨迹，在上位机组态软件MCGS界面可以进行观察。本系统设计了六条不同的步进跟踪线路和十个组态窗口。组态软件MCGS 的人机界面HMI简洁美观，不仅操作方面，也将系统的功能直观化，最终开发出一个自动化的消防烟热模拟训练系统。 关键词：工业以太X；PLC；采集卡；组态软件；烟热模拟 河南理工大学 教育学院2012届本科生毕业论文 Abstract Fire smoke heat simulation training system can simulate the smoke, heat, sound, light and so on realistic fire environment.
