摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，企业也得到了长足的发展。企业成为了国民经济的重要的组成部分，尤其是近年来，市场经济体制不断成熟，国家关于企业的相关政策也逐步得到了完善，企业在国民经济中的地位不断上升，同时，企业也有效地推动了国民经济的发展、有效缓解了就业压力、增加了国家的财务收入。但是，由于我国的企业经济发展比较晚，它们身上还存在着许多的问题，其中最突出的是企业的财务管理方面的问题。如何制定合理、有效的措施，来有效地解决企业的财务方面的风险问题，以此来保证企业的竞争力和核心创造力。笔者在导师的指导下，笔者通过分析了影响我国企业财务风险的因素，并且针对存在的问题地提出了一系列较为可行的应对对策和建议，希望对企业的财务管理产生一点启示和提供一些理论上的帮助。 关键词：财务风险；现状；应对策略 Abstract With the rapid development of economy, the enterprise has also got rapid progress. Enterprise become the national economy important part, especially in recent years, the market economy system constantly mature, country about enterprise related policies have gradually improved, the enterprise is in the position of the national economy rise, and at the same time, the enterprise also effectively promoted the development of national economy, effectively relieve the pressure of employment, increasing the national financial income. But, as our countrys enterprises economic development is late, they still exist on a lot of questions, one of the most prominent is the enterprise financial management problems. How to formulate rational and effective measures to effectively solve the risk of the enterprises financial problems, so as to ensure that the competition ability of the enterprise and core creativity. The author under the guidance of tutor, and based on the analysis of the influence factors of the financial risks of enterprise in China, based on the existing problems and puts forward a series of feasible countermeasures and Suggestions, hoping to enterprises financial management in which a little inspiration and provide some theoretical help.
