毕业设计（论文） 网上零售业供应链管理研究-以1号店为例 学习中心（函授站）： 上海 专 业： 物流管理 姓 名： 傅敏佳 学 号： 指导教师： 王逸 北京交通大学远程与继续教育学院 2013年4月摘 要 随着互联网和信息技术的广泛应用，使得商务活动产生了全新的模式—电子商务。它改变了当今社会商务活动发展的历史进程，强烈冲击着传统的经济模式，给调控手段、经营理念、消费方式等带来了深刻的变革。而供应链管理是近年来在国内外逐渐受到重视的一种新的管理理念与运作模式，并且在各个行业普遍得到应用。在电子商务影响下，供应链管理已不再局限于传统的管理模式和运作思想，形成了把生产者、供应商、消费者以及其他经济主体集成了的网链结构。目前，电子商务环境下的供应链管理模式正在成为理论和应用研究的热点。在这样的发展形势下，本文就零售行业电子商务和供应链管理相结合的趋势进行了探讨，并对电子商务环境下零售行业实施供应链管理存在的问题和解决措施进行了研究。 首先，本文对电子商务和供应链管理基本理论进行了描述，基础概念及理论基础。并对电子商务环境下的供应链管理的优势分析。其次，在对比传统供应链管理模式与电子商务环境下供应链管理模式的基础上，分析了我国电子商务环境下零售行业供应链管理的应用现状。最后，针对我国网上零售行业1 号店实施供应链管理中所存在的问题相应提出了我国企业实施有效的供应链管理的一些建议。 关键词：电子商务；零售行业；供应链管理 Abstract With the adventage of the Internet and the extensive application of information technology, making business activities produced a new model of electronic commerce. It has changed the social business activities in the historical course of development, with a strong impact on traditional economic mode, to control means, management concept, consumption means bring profound change. Supply chain management is in recent years at home and abroad has been paid more and more attention of a kind of new management concept and mode of operation, and in each industry commonly used.
