On the basis of profoundly dissecting the two views, Dr. ZHANG Hong-tan had formed such a unique ideology as the “view of fitness made from technology” by referring to the “complementary principle”. The “view of constitution” focuses on the purpose, while the “view of skills” focuses on the mean; these two views are not two mutually opposite issues at the same level; therefore, it is not appropriate for the “view of fitness made from technology” to set both “strengthening physical stamina” and “tea
