某十六层住宅楼建筑给水排水工程毕业设计 摘 要 本设计是某16层住宅楼的建筑给水排水设计，建筑高度为44.8m，为二类高层普通住宅。设计包括生活给水系统，排水系统，雨水系统和消防系统4部分。生活给水系统分低区和高区，1到5层为低区，有市政管网直接供水，设市政水压为0.29MPa，6层到16层由变频设备供水，设贮水池。给水立管采用衬塑钢管，横支管采用PPR管。排水系统采用污废分流制，排水立管仅设伸顶通气管，污水经处理后排入市政排水管网。排水管采用UPVC管。雨水系统采用87式雨水斗雨水系统，直接排入市政污水管网。排水和雨水管均采用DN100的PVC-U管。消防系统主要采用室内消火栓系统，设1根立管，采用双栓；火灾初期10min消防用水量由屋顶消防水箱供给，消防水箱的水源由消防泵从消防水池抽取；10min后的消防启动消防水泵，从消防水池抽水供消火栓使用。 设计中给水方式，水表，水泵，雨水系统，消防系统，消防泵的选择和对通气管的取舍均经过说明。 图纸中包含给水系统图，排水系统图，消防系统图，雨水系统图，屋顶平面图，单层给排水平面图以及一层平面图。均由CAD绘制。 关键词：建筑给排水；高层建筑；变频设备；87式雨水斗 Abstract The design is a 16-story residential building construction water supply and drainage design, building height of 44.8m, for the ordinary second-class high-rise residential.Design, including living water supply system, drainage systems, drainage systems and fire fighting system of four parts.Sub-district water supply system with low life and high areas, 1 to 5 low floor area, a municipal water supply pipe network directly, setting municipal water pressure is 0.29MPa, 6 layers to 16 layers from the frequency conversion equipment supply, storage tank is located.The use of plastic-lined steel water supply riser, horizontal branch pipe PPR pipe used.The use of waste and sewage drainage system triage system, drainage riser is located just stretch top tube, treated effluent discharged into the municipal sewer system.Use of UPVC drain pipe.Stormwater drainage systems using 87-type bucket rain system, directly into the municipal sewer network.Drainage and rain water pipes are made of PVC-U pipes DN100.System is mainly used indoor fire hydrant system, set up a riser, dual bolt; the initial 10min of fire from the roof of the fire water tank fire water supply, fire water tank by the fire pump fire water extracted from; 10min after the fire to start the fire pump from thefire water pump for fire hydrant use.
