摘 要：林下经济作为一种崭新的林业生产方式和经济现象，生产与科学内涵丰富。发展林下经济已成
为巩固集体林权制度改革成果、促进绿色增长的迫切需要。从林下经济的概念和特征出发，分析与评价
了中国林下经济研究现状和发展趋势，以及发展林下经济的重要意义，并从产业规划、服务体系，政府投
入、人才队伍、基地建设和质量监管等几方面提出进一步发展的对策措施，以期为实现中国林下经济产
业可持续发展提供一些思路。
