任务书 设计题目： mp820抛丸强化清理机电器控制Mp820抛丸清理机的工作原理及电气控制的设计 摘要：抛丸机是一种利用高速弹丸抛射到锻造件、铸造件等表面粘砂、赃物及氧化皮去除效果。抛丸技术是目前国内外对各种机械部件进行表面清理、光饰、强化、去毛刺的一种先进工艺之一，设备主要由抛丸器、底部螺旋输送、提升机、筛分滚筒、风选装置、回旋机构、吊钩轨道灯组合而成。目前已经被多个行业广泛采用。其主要原理采用抛丸器、离心力的抛射，摒弃了压缩空气作为动力的方法，对工件表面进行高速抛射，特别是对工件的内腔死角进行清理，使达到所需的光亮度、粗糙度、清洁度和强化工件表面的目的，提高工件的使用寿命和美观性。本论文的设计部分是抛丸机的总体设计、工作原理及操作保养等等。 关键词：抛丸机，离心力，清理 Mp820 the working principle and electric control shot blasting machine Abstract：Shot blasting machaine has reached the effect that casting, forging surface adhering sand and removing oxide skin by using the trajectory of the projectile. Blast technology is a kind of zhe advanced technology which achieves cleaning, strengthening, lighting, removing burr in the world now. This equipment is mainly composed of the blast, wear-resisting rubber band, wring dragon, ascension, separator, feeding, conveying, precitator, the shot blasting machinery. It has been widely adopted many industry at present. The main principle abandoned the way regarding the compressed air as power practice . The blast device and the centrifugal force trajectory achieve high speed projection on the surface. Ang clean the inner cavity on the conner. It achieve the purpose of he required brightness, cleanness, roughness, strengthen the purpose of the surface and greatly improve the service life of the parts and beauty. The main designing parts include shot blasting machine overall design, variable speed drive and main transmission design, dust filter impeller design, design ash discharging device design and so on.
