2 0 14 年 1 1月 第 4 卷 第 2 1期 ·工作探讨· 我院抗菌药物的合理应用及管理 尹可香 云南省梁河县人民医院，云南梁河 679200 [摘要] 目的 探讨加强抗菌药物临床应用管理 ，优化抗菌药物临床应用结构 ，提高抗菌药物临床合理应用水 平 ，规范抗菌药物临床应用 ，有效遏制细菌耐药 。 方法 我院参照 《医院临床合理用药管理办法 》和 《抗菌药 物合理应用及分级管理实施细则 》制定 了相应 的管理制度 、方法和措施 ，并严加执行 ，通过对执行前一年和 实施后一年抗菌药物使用率 、抗菌药物使用强度进行对 比分析 。 结果 我 院抗菌药物使用水平得到 明显提 高 ，不合理用药现象减少 。结论 制定科学 的管理制度 、方法和措施并严加执行 ，一定能规范医务人员用药行 为 ，使抗菌药物在使用上逐步规范化 、合理化 、科学化 。 [关键词] 抗菌药物；合理应用；管理 [中图分类号] R197.3      [文献标识码] B      [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）21-169-03 Application and management of antibiotics in our hospital YIN  Kexiang The Peoples Hospital of Lianghe County, Lianghe 679200, China [Abstract] Objective To investigate how to strengthen the clinical application management of antimicrobial drugs, optimize the clinical application structure of antimicrobial drugs, increase the reasonable clinical application level of antimicrobial drugs, specify the clinical application of antimicrobial drugs,to hold back the bacterial resistance effectively. Methods After consulted the Hospital Clinical Medication Management Approach and the Rational Use of Antibiotics and Hierarchical Management Implementation Details, our hospital developed some corresponding management system, methods and measures, and carried out strictly. By comparing and analyzing the antimicrobial utilization and the intensity of use of antimicrobial drugs a year before and after . Results The using level of antimicrobial drugs has improved significantly; the phenomenon of irrational drug use has decreased.
