油气管道防雷接地对阴保系统的影响与对策 Lightning protection and grounding of oil-gas pipeline influence and countermeasures for cathodic protection system 林刚 叶龙斌 成都信息工程大学大气探测学院 610225 摘要：雷电灾害是国际公认的十大自然灾害之一，对埋设在地下的油气管道西气东输工程中的干线X80钢制具有3PE外防腐层油气管道为沿着油气管道间隔每500对油气管道采用相应的防雷接地措施，将雷电流导入大地，避免管道防腐层被大面积破坏的危险。每一段间距对管道进行等电位跨接保证管道之间保持稳定的等电位，防止管道直接产生二次放电以损坏管道防腐层。选择防雷接地极材料与辅助阳极或牺牲阳极材料防雷接地通过隔离器与管道相连辅助阳极防雷接地分开防雷接地油气管道的阴极保护关键词：油气管道阴极保护，防雷接地Abstract: The lightning disaster is internationally recognized as one of the ten natural disasters, lightning protection is indispensable link to safely operate the oil and gas pipelines buried underground. Taking an example of trunk line X80 steel that has the 3PE coating of oil and gas pipelines in west to east gas pipeline project, firstly, along the oil and gas pipeline, lightning protection measures are applied in oil and gas pipelines in every 500 meters to make the lightning current into the earth, which could achieve the lightning protection purpose, and also avoid the risk of pipe coating damage. Secondly, bonding jumper is conducted on pipes in every spacing interval, which could ensure the stable equal potential between pipelines, and also prevent the pipes directly produce the secondary discharge to damage the pipe coating. Lastly, reasonable selecting the lightning protection material and auxiliary anode or sacrificial anode materials, and taking measures of lightning protection through the connected isolator and pipes and auxiliary anode separated from lightning protection could eliminate the influence of lightning protection of the cathode protection system of oil and gas pipelines.
