护理教育 Nursing Education 交互式教学法在高职护生老年护理 教学中的应用 梁珣 费菲 [ 摘 要 ] 目的：了解交互式教学法在高职护生老年护理教学中的应用效果。方法：将我校11级高职护理1～3 班156人 作为对照组，采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学方法；11级高职护理 4～6 班159人作为实验组，采用交互式教学法，两组均进 行老年护理教学。采用评判性思维能力测量表 (CTDI-CV) 和理论考核结果对两组教学效果进行评价。结果：教学后，实验组 学生除评判性思维的自信心以外，寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、求知欲、认知成熟度维度得分均高于对照组 （P0.05）。教学后，实验组理论成绩高于对照组（P0.01）。结论：交互式教学法有利于提高高职护生的评判性思维能力和学 习效果，可行且有效，值得推广 。 [ 关键词 ] 交互式教学法；评判性思维；老年护理学；学生，护理；职业教育 [中图分类号] R47 [DOI] 10.3969/j.issn.1672-1756.2015.07.014 The effect of seminar teaching method on critical thinking abilities among advanced vocational nursing students in Geriatric Nursing teaching / LIANG Xun, FEI Fei // Jiangsu Vocational College of Nursing, Huaian, Jiangsu province, 223300 China /// Chinese Nursing Management-2015,15(7): 820-823 [Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of seminar teaching method on critical thinking abilities among advanced vocational nursing students in Geriatric Nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 156 advanced vocational nursing students enrolled in 2011 from class 1 to class 3 were divided into the control group, which were received traditional teaching method. In the meanwhile, a total of 159 students from class 4 to 6 were divided into the experimental group, which were taught by seminar teaching method. We evaluated the effect using Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory- Chinese Version (CTDI-CV) and theoretical examination. Results: After seminar teaching, the differences on the subscales of truth-seeking, open-mindedness, analyticity, systematicness, curiosity, cognitive maturity had statistically significance (P0.05). The differences on the subscale of critical thinking had no statistically significance. The scores of theoretical examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P0.01). Co
