环球中医药2016年5月第9卷第5期摇 Global Traditional Chinese Medicine,May2016,Vol郾9,No郾5 摇摇571 ·文献研究 · 大承气汤临床观察类文献方药用量分析 刘绍永摇 傅延龄 揖摘要铱摇 为了了解当代医家对于大承气汤方的剂量应用情况,本研究尝试通过对当代医家发 表的相关临床观察类文献进行搜集和整理,并对包含大承气汤方中4 味药物的处方进行分析,发现 纳入文献的单味药用量分布区间大于《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)(简称:《药典》)的用量范围, 各单味药的最大用量均在《药典》最大量的2倍以上;与仲景方相比,纳入文献的单味药量明显偏 小,仲景方中四味药物的最小用量均在纳入文献的4倍以上,从药物用量两两比较的结果来看,频次 最高的比值均为1.00,表明临床中对于方药的配伍比例不够重视。 从加味药物的出现频次来看,排 在前10位的大多是行气活血类药,并且排在前三位的桃仁、赤芍、莱菔子与经方中四药相合正是复 方大承气汤的组成。 从涉及的疾病种类及其频次来看,肠梗阻与急性胰腺炎位居前二,四位药物在 两种不同病种之间的用量十分接近。 揖关键词铱摇 大承气汤;摇 临床观察;摇 剂量 揖中图分类号铱摇 R289摇 揖文献标识码铱摇 A摇 doi:10郾3969/ j郾issn郾1674鄄1749郾2016郾05郾012 Analysis of herbal dosages of the literature on the clinical observation ofDachengqi decoction摇 LIU Shao鄄yong,FU Yan鄄ling. TheresultsindicatedthatcomparedwithdosagerangerecordedinChinesepharma鄄 copoeia,dosage distribution interval of each single herb in these selected literatures was larger,and the maximum dosage of each herb was even two times than that in the Chinese pharmacopoeia;In comparison with the dosage recorded by Zhang Zhong鄄jing,dosage of each single herb of these selectedliteratureswas much lower,and the minimum dosages of these four herbs from Zhongjing爷s formulae were 4 times more than those in these selectedliteratures;From perspective of pairwise comparison of herbal dosages of these four herbs,the specific value of the most commonly seen frequency was 1.00,the results show
