Methods 75 C57BL/6 mice of model were built successfully and divided into 5 groups randomly: the sham trauma group, DCQD group, LA group, Combination group (DCQD+LA), saline group, with 15 in each group. In 4h after SHI intervention, the material were taken at the time points of 1, 3, 7d after intervention. Detecting MTL of blood plasma and small intestinal propulsion rates, using HE staining to observe brain tissue morphology. Results In 1d after SHI, the levels of MTL was lower in saline group than the sham trauma group and LA group(P＜0.05); MTL was higher at 3d after SHI in Combination group than saline group and DCQD group (P＜0.05); MTL was lower at 7d after SHI in saline group than the sham trauma group (P＜0.05), and was higher in DCQD group than saline group (P＜0.01), LA group (P＜0.05)and Combination group(P＜0.01).after post-trauma 3d, small intestinal propulsion rates of saline group was significantly lower than the sham trauma group(P＜0.01). small intestinal propulsion rates of LA group was higher than saline group(P＜0.01) and the sham trauma group (P＜0.05). small intestinal propulsion rates of DCQD group and Combination group were significantly higher than saline group and the sham trauma group(P＜0.01).
