摘 要 教学和科研是各大专院校的两项中心工作，教学质量决定了培养人才质量的高低，科研水平是高校综合实力的重要标志。近年来，各大中专院校越来越重视自身的科研工作。九江学院传统的科研管理主要依赖人工，并借助Office等办公软件进行各种数据登记、查询、统计等操作，科研管理花费了大量的人力、物力、财力和时间，而且效率低下，出错率较高，数据共享性差。 系统采用Asp.net技术和Access数据库技术。关键词：数据库，科研管理系统，信息技术 Abstract Teaching and research are the two central tasks of various tertiary institutions, teaching quality determines the quality and level of personnel training, scientific research is an important indicator of the universities’ comprehensive strength. Therefore in recent years, major colleges increase emphasis on there research management. Jiujiang 没做University relies mainly on traditional scientific management of labor, as well as other office software to carry out a variety of data registration to query, and to conduct other operations. The research and management spent a great deal of manpower, wasting material and financial resources and time, which was inefficient and had poor data sharing rate. With the rapid development of information technology, network-based management information system has been developed as an important application of modern information technology. The campus network construction of Jiujiang university has been improved steadily, thus the development of a scientific research management system for the Jiujiang University is very important. Based on the existing conditions of JJU, the thesis analyzes the functional requirement of different users and the business processes of scientific management, then designs a database system and a method of calculating scientific workload. The system consists of eight sub-systems, including paper management, project management, materials management, reward management, lectures management, patent management, workload calculation, system settings. The system would collect personal scientific research data effectively, calculate and check workload, inquiry scientific research information, report colonel-level research projects on line, meeting the research and management requirements of
