The regulation about insurance interests and insurance interests changing in the new law become a new focal point . This paper discusses the insurance interest changing’s influence to the validity of a contract by the overview of insurance interest and its change. This paper elaborates the meaning of insurance interest changing and its specific situations. It also illustrates the important significance of the insurance interests changing in modern society and new insurance law’s new rules for insurance interests change. This paper is focused on the analysis of the change of insurance interests and its influence on the validity of the contract . It talks about that the insurance interests’ change have a influence on the insurance contract by specific discussion on discuss property insurance and personal insurance interest changing, and combing the different theories in all countries explained the insurance interest changing’s influence. At the same time, this paper also proposed the problems against insurance interests change theory in our country’s new insurance law and puts forwards the perfect recommendations. This thesis can be divided into four parts: Firstly, it gives an general introduction of the change of insurance interest Secondly, it discussed the influence in the change of the insurance interest of property insurance Thirdly, it talk about the influence in the change of the insurance interest of life insurance Fourthly, it raises several shortages of the part of insurance interest in china’s new insurance law and put forwards the solutions.
