房屋建筑施工中防渗漏施工技术之研究 　　摘要：房屋工程的渗漏作为一个比较普遍和严重的建筑质量问题，会对整体工程质量产生非常不利的影响，因此在房屋建筑施工的过程中必须要充分利用防渗漏处理技术，来确保建筑工程的质量和安全。 本文主要分析了房屋建筑工程防渗漏施工技术的几个要点 ，并提出了一些综合治理措施。 关键词：房屋建筑工程 防渗漏 施工技术 治理 Abstract: Leakage in building engineering as one of the most common and serious construction quality problems, will have a very negative impact on the overall quality of the project, so in the process of building construction it is necessary to make full use of seepage prevention treatment technology to ensure the quality and safety of construction projects. This paper mainly analyzes several key points in seepage pr
