民办高校青年教师思想政治工作探索和实践 　　【摘要】：振兴民族的希望在教育，振兴教育的关键在教师。由于民办高校发展迅速和自身师资队伍不足的实际，民办高校正处于一个特殊而关键的时期，青年教师将成为民办高校教学管理工作的主力军，这种情况就需要一大批青年教师尽快成长起来，他们能否健康成长，取决于思想政治建设和业务素质提高两个方面，首先取决于思想政治水平。本文通过对银川能源学院青年教师思想道德现状的分析，在充分认识加强青年教师思想政治工作意义的同时，指出了存在的五个方面的问题和原因，在此基础上，以“五讲五促进”活动为载体，就加强银川能源学院青年教师思想政治素质进行了积极的探索与实践。 【关键词】：民办高校青年教师思想政治 Abstract: revitalization of the hope of the nation in education, the key to the revitalization of education teachers. Key words: private young university teachers ideological and political 中图分类号：G64文献标识码：A 教育部部长袁贵仁在第二十一次全国高校党建工作会议上强调：“把加强高校青年教师思想政治工作作为高校党建工作的一项重大任务来抓，全面提升青年教师思想政治素质和业务水平,提高他们教书育人的荣誉感和责任感。”银川能源学院办学14年以来，规范与创新并举、培育优势特色专业、不断提高内涵建设，已经成为宁夏地区最大的民办高校。深刻分析学校在快速发展的趋势下青年教师的思想政治工作，积极探索解决对策，关系到学校办学的政治方向和人才培养的综合质量，也关系到高等教育事业的可持续发展，对努力构建既符合民办高校发展实际，又适应高等教育和师资队伍建设需要的科学机制与模式，具有重要的意义。 一、民办高校教师思想政治素质的现状 银川能源学院现有教职工519人，其中青年教师314人，占教师总数的60%，有近30%的青年教师已经成为学校教育教育、职能管理岗位上的生力军。笔者认为，民办高校青年教师的思想政治素质应着重考察以下三个方面的内容：第一，政治素质居于主导地位，民办高校青年教师要保持坚定的政治信仰和饱满的政治热情，自觉拥护和执行党的各项方针政策；形成科学的世界观、人生观、价值观，用正确的理论和观点
