超声监护下宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫纵隔63例研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声监护在宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫纵隔中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析63例在本院行超声监护下宫腔镜电切术治疗子宫纵隔患者的临床资料。结果 63例手术均顺利完成，平均手术时间为20 min，平均出血量为15 ml，平均住院时间为3 d，无一例出现子宫穿孔、水中毒等并发症。患者术后生育结局明显改善，自然流产率由术前的84.61%降至术后的13.11%；活产分娩率由术前的8.03%上升至65.57%。结论 超声监护对宫腔镜电切术具有导向作用，可提高手术的安全性和成功率，可作为首选的治疗方案。 [关键词] 子宫纵隔；超声监护；宫腔镜；电切术 [中图分类号] R711.74 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0181-03 The analysis of the ultrasound in monitoring the hysteroscope electrocision in 63 cases with uterus septa LI Jing WEI De-zhan ZUO Yue DENG Yi-ye WEI Yan-ping CHEN Ting CHEN Jie-ying Maternity and Child Care Centers of Foshan City in Guangdong Province，Foshan 528000，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of the ultrasound in monitoring the hysteroscope electrocision in patients with uterus septa. Methods The clinical data of 63 cases of uterus septa were performed hysteroscope electrocision monitored by ultrasound in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Results 63 patients were successfully completed surgery，without the complications such as uterine perforation，water intoxication.The average time for operation was 20 minutes，the average blood loss was 15 ml，and the average length of hospital stay was 3 days.The pregnant outcome of the postoperative patients was improved significantly.Spontaneous abortion rate decreased from 84.61% to 13.11%，live births increased from 8.03% to 65.57%. Conclusion Ultrasound can guide the process of the hysteroscope electrocision，thus improve the safety and the successful rate of the operation，the method can be used as the preferred treatment. [Key words] Uterus septum；Ultrasonography；Hysteroscopy；Electrocision 子宫纵隔是目前唯一可以单纯通过宫腔镜手术矫正的子宫畸形疾病[1]。本院在宫腔镜子宫纵隔切除术（transcervical resection of septum，TCRS）中采用超声全程监护，取得了良好的效果，现将本院2008年8月～2012年6月行超声监护下TCRS的63例患者资料进行回顾性分析，报道如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2008年8月～2012年6月在本院行超声监护下TCRS的63例子宫纵隔患者为研究对象，年龄21～40岁，平均28.6岁。其中，完全纵隔16例（占25.40%），不完全纵隔47例（占74.60%），合并阴道纵隔5例；原发性不孕7例，56例有过妊娠史，总妊娠数137次，
