At the same time,it has becomes an increasely important topic how to establish an effective performance evaluation system to restrict and incentive executives in the enterprise performance and executive performance incentive incompatibility circumstances.As a traditional manufacturing industry in West China,Xinjiang furniture manufacturing industry has faced the 2008 financial crisis and the impact of rapid development of electronic platform,now,it can take advantages of national aid policy as well as zone and port economy,local enterprises with help of advanced technology and management to the east to arm themselves can catch up with the rapid development of the ride, which accelerated Eastern senior management personnel to westward,the relationship of agency by agreement is becoming more and more common among corporate shareholders directors and management agency,it is meaningful to construct an effective executive performance evaluation index system for oderly development of shareholders,directors and executives in the premise of enterprise performance and executive performance.
