加快国有企业人事档案管理信息化步伐 　　摘要： 企业人事档案在企业选人、用人、开发人力资源等方面，发挥的作用越来越大，但是，在企业人事档案管理中，存在着投入低、管理手段滞后、信息内容不全、管理方式落后等诸多问题。因此，为了不断的推动人力资源更好的为企业服务，需要企业领导提高认识，加大档案管理的软硬件投入，加强档案管理的制度化建设，提高其信息化程度，更加有效地发挥人事档案在企业人力资源管理中的作用，聚集人才在企业创造经济效益中的正能量。 Abstract： Personnel archives of enterprises in the selection， use， development of human resources， play a growing role， but， in the enterprise personnel file management， there is a low investment， management tools lag， information content is not complete， the backwardness of management problems. Therefore， in order to promote human resources better services for enterprises，
