体育类院校大学生职前教育及就业指导网络化解决方案构建探究 摘要：以全国体育类院校就业指导部门及其工作开展情况，以及北京体育大学学生为研究对象，运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、案例研究法、专家访谈法、数理统计法，分析归纳得出结论：目前,我国体育类院校在就业指导工作上普遍存在师资力量薄弱、课程设置简单以及缺乏全程化教育等三大难题，严重影响着体育类院校就业指导工作的开展。在结合北京体育大学就业指导工作经验的基础上，通过对全国各体育类院校的调查研究，提出以“网络化解决方案”作为解决这三大难题的方法。网络化解决方案高效、便捷，能够弥补就业指导师资力量不足，对就业指导课程体系进行有益补充，并且能够对大学生进行全程性职业化培养。网络化解决方案的主要载体――职前教育网络学堂在加强体育类院校进行职前教育与就业指导网络化建设等方面有着很大的理论和实践价值，以此为我国体育类院校开展就业指导工作提供帮助和参考。 关键词：体育类院校；职前教育与就业指导；网络化解决方案 中图分类号：G812.5文献标识码：A文章编号：1007-3612（2011）08-0001-04 Research on the Construction of Network Solutions of Sports College Students’Pre-vocational Education and Employment Guidance ――Case Study of Beijing Sport University HE Zhen-wen， ZHAO Bing， XU Xiang-hong， ZHANG Zhuo-lin，CAI Xu-dong， WANG Zheng （Beijing Sport University， Beijing 100084， China） Abstract:This research took the national sports college career guidance department and Beijing Sport University students as the research objects. The methods of literature study， questionnaire survey，case study， expert interviews andmathematical statistics， analyzing and summarizing were adopted. It concluded that there were three difficulties――weak teachers， simple programs and lack ofeducation throughout in the career guidance of sports colleges. These questions seriously affected the sports institutions to carry out the work of career guidance. On the base of the experience of Beijing Sport University and the national sports colleges， the research proposed a “network solutions” to solve the three troubles. Network solutions were efficient and convenient. Network solutions could make up for shortage of teachers in career guidance， and gave the course of employment a useful complement. At the same time， they could be full of students of professional training. Pre- vocational education network had great theoretical and practical value.
