Qualitative evaluation system is adopted to analyze and study the planning and construction of the industry and urban function of Bishan industrial park. The results show that Bishan Industrial Park, to a considerable extent, has realizes or will realize the integration of city-industry development,and some suggestions on the planning and construction of new industrial zone are presented.
