超高层混合结构楼面钢梁连接形式技术经济性对比分析

摘 要： 结合一栋52层、高224．8m的超高层}昆合结构，对比分析了楼面钢梁连接方式对带加强层的超高层混合结构
的性能、施工进度、造价等多方面的影响。分析结果表明，超高层混合结构楼面梁宜用两端铰接或与外框柱
刚接、与核心筒铰接的连接形式；通过设置加强层形成刚臂一核心筒抗侧力结构体系能够有效抵抗水平荷载；
楼面梁两端铰接与两端刚接相比能够节省约10％的上部结构造价。
