摘要:
从新制度经济学的视角建构大城市空间结构演变动力机制的解释框架，即“综合干预模型”，
本文提出三个观点：首先，制度变迁是大城市空间结构演变的根本动因；其次，影响大城市空
间结构演变的主体包括政府、市场、社会；最后，三大主体在不同的土地租金剩余分配激励下，
通过差异化的空间生产活动影响城市空间结构演变。

Abstract: Integrated Intervention Model is constructed on an explanatory framework of dynamic
mechanism of urban spatial structure evolution from the perspective of institutional economics.. This paper
presents three perspectives.First, institutional change is the fundamental cause of urban spatial structure
evolution; Secondly, the bodies which affect the urban spatial structure evolution include government,
market and society; Finally, the three main bodies affect the evolution of urban spatial structure through
