摘要：
在全球化背景下．新加坡充分利用CBD的规划和建设．不断进行城市转型．奠定了其在全球
性的城市网络中的重要节点地位．本文研究新加坡城市转型过程中CBD的演化历程．着重剖
析CBD发展背后的经济和政策因素．结论显示，CBD的演化是城市转型的空间反映．我国在
促进城市转型发展的过程中．应高度重视CBD的规划和建设，并改变传统的CBD规划思想和
现有的城市公共空间开发．管理制度，加快CBD向CAZ的转变．
