大型体育赛事运动员住宿服务管理探究摘要：大型体育赛事已不仅仅是一项展示竞技体育水平的活动，更成为包含社会政治、经济、文化等多因素的、复杂的、综合的特殊活动。体育赛事所赋予达到的目的和目标越来越多样化，对经济、政治、文化、科技等方面的影响力和冲击力越来越大。住宿服务是大型体育赛事的重要关联服务，目前我国学者对于与大型体育赛事或大型活动相关的住宿服务的研究主要集中在为游客提供服务的视角，而对于参与大型体育赛事的运动员、教练员等的住宿服务少有人研究。参与北京奥运村的住宿服务管理工作，运用住宿服务管理的相关理论，结合大型体育赛事的实际情况，对大型体育赛事活动中运动员的住宿服务管理特点进行了梳理，并提出一套控制和提升运动员住宿服务管理质量的策略。旨在给未来大型体育赛事住宿服务管理提供有益借鉴。 关键词：大型体育赛事；运动员；住宿服务；北京奥运村 中图分类号：G80-05文献标识码：A文章编号：1007-3612（2011）07-0021-05 Research on the Service Management for the Accommodation of the Athletes in Large Sports Events ――Take Beijing Olympic Village as example XIAO Yi-nan （Tourism Institute of Beijing Union University, Beijing 100101, China） Abstract:The large sports events is far more than an activity to show the competition sport level. It is a complicate and comprehensive activity that related to society, politics, economic and culture. The objective and goal that the sports events provides are becoming more and more various, and have increasing influence and impact to the economic, politics, culture and technology. The accommodationservice is the critical service associated with large sports events. At present, the domestic study for the accommodation service in large sports events or other large event is restrict to the service provided for the tourists, rather than the service for the athletes and coaches in sports events. Through the personal experience of the accommodation service management in Beijing Olympic Village, the paper applies the related theory of accommodation service management and thepractical scenario of large sports events to identify the key points of the accommodation service management for the athletes in large sports events, carries outa set of strategy to control and improve the quality of the accommodation service management for athletes.
