The effect of the implementation of GRACoL needs to be verified by quantitative printing data. The objective of this paper is to inspect and verify the effect of GRACoL compliance. In the experiment, an offset press was taken as an object, its color reproduction ability and gray balance were compared before and after following GRACoL 7. The results show that GRACoL 7 compliance can reduce color difference dramatically and get good gray balance in printing.
