Without the original fabric at hand, we initially decided on the width, structure, warp density and processing techniques through research and study. After numerous testing and trial run, modification and fine tuning, we successfully duplicated the Eastern Zhou Dynasty tapestries. It helps to better understand the fabric structures and manufacturing techniques over 2600 years ago.
