天津医药2013年12Y]第41卷第12期 1153 doi：10．39690．issn．0253—9896．2013．12．005 Musashi一2、CD133在结肠腺癌中的表达 王娅菲 林 中 卢 青 李劳冬 侯巧燕 唐 静 摘【要】 目的 研究Musashi一2、CD133在结肠腺癌组织和正常结肠黏膜组织中的表达及其与结肠腺癌发生发 展的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学法检测并比较4O例结肠癌组织(结肠腺癌组)及 15例正常结肠黏膜组织(对照 组)中Musashi-2和CD133蛋 白的表达，分析结肠腺癌组Musashi一2、CD133蛋白的表达与临床病理参数的关系。结 果 结肠腺癌组Musashi-2、CD133蛋白的阳性表达率分别是60％、27．5％，对照组分别是26．7％和0，结肠腺癌组均高 于对照组(分别为4．850、5．156，均P0．05)。组织分化程度越低 、TNM分期越高，Musahi一2蛋 白的阳性表达率越 高；组织分化程度越低 、出现淋巴结转移 ，CD133蛋白的阳性表达率越高(均P0．o5)。结论 Musashi一2和CD133可 能跟结肠腺癌的发生发展有关，可将其做为结肠腺癌干细胞标志物进一步研究。 【关键词】 结肠肿瘤；腺癌；免疫组织化学；Musashi一2；CD133 TheExpressionsofMusashi-2andCD133ProteininColonicAdenocarcinoma WANGYafei，LINZhong，LUQing，LILaodong，HOUQiaoyan，TANGJing AffiliatedHospitalofGuilinMedicalUniversity,Guilin541001，China A【bstract] 0bjecfive ToinvestigatetheexpressionofMusashi一2andCD133incolonicadenocarcinoma，andtheir correlationwiththeoccurrenceanddevelopmentofcolonicadenocarcinomathereof．Methods TheexpressionsofMusashi一 2andCD133proteinweredetectedbyimmunohistochemicalmethodin40colonicadenocarcinomasamplesand15normal colonicstructuresamples．Thedifferenthistologicaltypes，TNM staging，lymphnodemetastasis，serousinfiltration,distant metastasisandexpressionsofMusashi一2andCD133proteinsincolonicadenocarcinomatissueswereanalyzed．Results ThepositiveexpressionratesofMusashi一2andCD133proteinwere60％and27．5％ in4Ocolonicadenocarcinomasamples and26．7％and0in15normalcolonicsamples．whichshowedthesignificantlyhigherexpressionratesincolonicadenocarci— nomagroupthanthoseofcontrolgroup =4．850and5．156，P0．05)．Thereweresignificantdifferencesinexpressionsof Musashi一2proteinsbetweendifferenthistologicalstagesandTNMstagingfP0．05)．ThepositiveexpressionrateofMusa— hi一2proteinincreasedasthedegreeofdifferent
