35 | 村庄规划 高度城镇化地区乡村居民的城镇化意愿研究* ——基于常州市区的调查 Urbanization Desire of Rural Inhabitant in Highly Urbanized Area: Based on the Investigation of Urban Area of Changzhou City 罗震东 韦江绿 张京祥 严 玲　　 　 文章编号1673-8985（2014）03-0035-09 中图分类号TU981 文献标识码B 摘 要 乡村居民是城镇化进程最主要的参与者，其意愿和行为决策对城镇化质量会产生直接且至关重要的影响。基于调查，着重于从空间层 面对乡村居民城镇化的真实意愿进行分析，发现以常州市区为代表的长江三角洲高度城镇化地区的乡村居民已经具备较好的城镇化 基础，就业城镇化意愿已经达到较高水平，居住与日常生活意愿也相对倾向城镇化地区。在城区和镇区两类城镇化目的地中，各类镇 区已经成为乡村居民最愿意和最容易接受的就业、居住与日常生活的城镇化目的地，村民的意愿中镇区所占的比重均远远超过城区。 即使在常州市区这种高度城镇化地区，由于城镇的资源禀赋、经济发展基础以及生产、生活方式与习惯等方面的差异，乡村居民的城 镇化意愿依然存在明显的地域差异。乡村居民对于镇区的偏好和其城镇化意愿的明显地域差异对于思考健康城镇化道路和城乡统筹 规划具有非常重要的意义。 Abstract The desire and behavior decision of Rural inhabitants are the main participants in the urbanization process.Their desire and behaviour will directly affect the urbanization quality. This paper puts more attention to analyze the true urbanization desire of rural inhabitants based on questionnaire survey from spatial aspect, and finds that the rural inhabitants in the highly urbanized area of Yangtze River Delta such as the districts under the jurisdiction of Changzhou City have good urbanization basis.Their employment desire to live and to be employed in urbanized area is in a high level.The town has become the preferable target for the rural inhabitants to work and live between city district and town, and the proportion of desire to town is more than that to city district. In the other hand, there still have obvious difference of urbanization desire between different regions even in the highly urbanized area such as Changzhou City districts. The differences of resource endowment, economic basis, working and living style in different towns contribute to the different urbanization desire of rural inhabitants, which is very important for us to find out the healthy way for urbanization and
