2010年2月 第02期 研究与技术 Feb. 2010 No.02 含不锈钢纤维织物电磁屏蔽效能 影响因素研究 肖倩倩，张玲玲，宿霞菲 （浙江理工大学 材料与纺织学院，杭州 3008） 摘要：为了探究各因素对含不锈钢纤维织物电磁屏蔽效能的影响，确定屏蔽效果最好的织物规格，以不锈钢丝包芯纱为原料设计了 不同规格抗电磁辐射织物，分别用简易的电磁屏蔽效能测试装置和法兰式同轴小室法对织物的电磁屏蔽效能进行测试，研究了不锈 钢纤维含量、织物紧度、组织结构及不锈钢纤维分布方式对织物电磁屏蔽效能的影响。结果表明：织物中不锈钢纤维含量越多，屏 蔽效能越高，在不锈钢纤维含量相同的情况下，平纹织物屏蔽效果最好，不锈钢丝包芯纱织物屏蔽效能高于不锈钢纤维混纺纱织 物，经纬双向含不锈钢纤维织物屏蔽效能高于单方向含不锈钢纤维织物。 关键词：不锈钢丝包芯纱；不锈钢纤维织物；电磁辐射；屏蔽效能 中图分类号：TS0.923 文献标识码：A 文章编号：00-7003(200)02-0026-05 Study on Influencing Factors of Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness of Fabric with Stainless Steel Fibers XIAO Qian-qian, ZHANG Ling-ling, SU Xia-fei (College of Materials and Textile, Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Hangzhou 310018, China) Abstract: In order to explore the influencing factors of electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of fabric with stainless steel fibers, and determine the best fabric specification, we design electromagnetic shielding fabrics of different specifications using stainless steel core-spun yarns and test their electromagnetic shielding effectivess by NBS flanged coaxial test method and simple equipment, then study the effect of content of stainless steel fiber, covering factor, yarn structures, and distribution methods of stainless steel fiber on the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. The results shows: the more stainless steel fibers in the fabric, the better electromagnetic shielding effectivess ,when the content of stainless steel fibers are equal ,plain weave fabric has the best electromagnetic shielding effectives, fabric with stai
