第31卷 第5期 闽江学院学报 V0L31No．5 2010年 9月 J0URNALOFMINJIANGUNIVERSITY Sep．2010 非洲菊切花衰老相关的生理指标变化与 花瓣 电镜扫描观察 刘逸泠，彭向永 (曲阜师范大学生命科学学院，山东 曲阜 273165) 摘要：测定了非洲菊花瓣 自然衰老过程中几个与衰老相关的生理指标变化，并对花瓣进行了扫描电镜观察．结果显 示，花径和鲜重、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性表现为前3d上升然后下降，游 离脯氨酸、丙二醛(MDA)含量和细胞膜透性均表现为持续升高；花瓣上下表面条纹状皱褶弯曲程度逐渐增加，第5 d开始严重弯曲，下表面气孔由张开逐渐关闭，第5d完全关闭并开始塌陷变形．表明花辩上下表面的皱褶弯曲程度 以及气孔开度与切花衰老指标变化正相关，且生理指标的衰老要早于形态变化 2d左右． 关键词：非洲菊；切花；衰老；生理指标；气孔开度 中图分类号：Q945 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号：1009—7821(2010)05—0108一o5 Relationshipbetweensenescence-relatedphysiologicalindexes andmorphologyincutgerberaflower LIU Yi—ling，PENGXiang—yong (CollegeofLifeScience，Q NormalUniversity，Q ，Shandong273165，China) Abstract：Severalage·relatedphysiologicalindexesweredetected，andboth surfacesofpetalswereob— servedbyscanningelectronmicroscopeduringsenescenceofcutgerbera(gerberajamesonii)flowe~． Theresultsshowedthatflowerdiameterandfreshweight，solubleproteincontent，supemxidedismutase (SOD)andperoxidase(POD)activityincreasedandhtendecreasedatthe3thday．Menawhile，free prolineandmalondialdehyde(MDA)contents，andmembranepermeabilityalwaysincreased．Theban— dedstructurerufflesonbothsurfacesofpetalswereobviouslyaggravatedathte5thdays．Th estomaan— dersurfaceofpetalsclosedfrom hteopenconditionandcollapseddeformationlatelyduringSenescence． Allofaboveindicatedthathtebendingdegreeandstomaaperturewereaccordantwiht htechnagesof physiological indexesduringsenescenceofcutGerberaflower．Age—relatedphysiological indexeschnages wereearlierabout2dayshtanhtemorphologicalchanges． Keywords：gerbera(Gerberajamesonii)；cutflower；senescence；physiologicalindexes；stomaaperture
