2009年第 4期 低 温 工 程 No．4 2009 总第 170期 CRYOGENICS Sum No．170 车载 LNG储罐蒸发率的理论与试验 周 满 厉彦忠 谭宏博 (西安交通大学制冷与低温研究所 西安 710049) 摘 要 ：为研究车栽 LNG低温绝热气瓶 内液体的蒸发规律 ，以200L高真空多层绝热气瓶为例 ， 采用液氮(LN)为工质，进行了一系列LN 日蒸发率试验。列出根据实验系统结构参数得到的相关 传热学计算结果，包括试验系统分别贮存LN2和 LNG各项漏热及理论蒸发率。对理论计算与实验结 果进行比较，通过理论计算结果与LN 蒸发率实验结果对 LNG试验蒸发率作 了预测。根据大气压力 下进行的各种充满率的LN 蒸发率实验，拟合 出了系统蒸发率与充满率的关系曲线 ，并分析 了系统 中环境温度和压力对蒸发率的影响规律 。 关键词 ：低温绝热气瓶 蒸发率 充满率 储存压力 环境温度 中图分类号 ：TB611、TK12 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1000-6516(2009)04-0001-05 Experimentandtheoryofevaporation ratein cryogeniccylinderofLNG vehicle ZhouMan LiYanzhong TanHongbo (InstituteofRefrigerationandCryogenicsEngineering，XianJiaotongUniversity，Xian710049，China) Abstract：InordertoinvestigatetheevaporationruleincryogeniccylinderofLNG vehicle，aseriesof experimentswereconductedtotesttheevaporationrateofa200 Lcryogenicliquidnitrogencylinder．W ith theexperimentalsystem parameters，thecalculationresultsofheattransferwerepresentedincludingtheheat leakageandtheoreticalevaporationrateofthesystem whenfilledwithliquidnitrogenandLNGrespectively． LNG evaporationratewaspredictedaccordingtothecomparisonbetweentheoreticalcalculationsofLNG e- vaporationrateandexperimentalresultsofLN2．BasedontheresultsofexperimentsundervariousfiUlevel andatmosphericpressure，thecurvesofrelationbetweendailyevaporationrateandfil levelin thesystem werefitted．Moreover，theeffectofenvironmenttemperatureand storagepressureonthedailyevaporation rateofcryogeniccylinderwasanalyzed． Keywords：cryogenicinsulated cylinder；evaporationrate；fiUlevel；storagepressure；environment temperature
