The theory of agricultural expert system has been relatively mature, and been researched in all areas of agriculture theoretically, but the agricultural expert system has not been applied to the practical agricultural productions extensively. So the existing agricultural expert system is secondary-developed to form a special system for Lanzhou City and it is necessary to popularize the system to Maximize the effectiveness of the system.
