摘 要 生态旅游发展质量是指在生态旅游目的地发展的某一阶段其所拥有的资源总量满足生态旅游发展需要的能力或程度。结合Butler的旅
游地生命周期理论和生态旅游的基本特性，分析了各阶段生态旅游发展质量的评估导向，并以上海崇明岛为案例构建了生态旅游发展
质量评估的指标体系，对崇明岛生态旅游发展质量进行了评估，揭示了影响崇明岛生态旅游发展质量的因素，提出了提升崇明岛生态旅
游发展质量的相关政策性建议。
Abstract Eco-tourism developing quality means how the total resource occupied by an eco-tourism destination in any developing stage
fulfills the demand of eco-tourism developing. Based on resort life cycle theory of Butler and essence of eco-tourism, this paper
analyzes how to assess eco-tourism developing quality in different level, and creates an index system to assess eco-tourism
developing quality in a case study of Chongming Island, Shanghai. The paper specifically assesses the eco-tourism developing
quality of Chongming Island, discloses what affects the eco-tourism developing quality of Chongming Island, and offers relative
suggestions in decision-making on how to improve the eco-tourism developing quality of Chongming Island.
