城市研究 | 94 中国新型城镇化的蓝图构建、实施挑战与研究策略 Vision, Implementation Challenges and Research Approaches of China’s New-type Urbanization 诸大建　　 文章编号1673-8985（2014）06-0094-05 中图分类号TU981 文献标识码A 摘 要 从城市研究和公共政策分析的角度，讨论了中国新型城镇化的3个基本问题。在发展目标方面，逐一讨论了人口进城与社会建设、经济 建设、生态建设、文化建设、政治建设的关系；在实施挑战方面，深入讨论了人口进城落户的规模、结构、效率、质量问题；在研究策略方 面，指出中国新型城镇化需要运用回溯比对型方法在愿景与现状之间发现有效的通道和工作空间。 Abstract From the perspective of urban studies and public policy analysis, this paper discusses three critical issues of China’s new-type urbanization. As to the vision, some relation between urbanization and economy, society, environment, culture and politics are studied one by one.About implementation, some challenges such as scale, structure, efficiency and quality of population entering urban areas are examined in detail.
