A great progress has been m ade in the study of plan t somati embryogenesis, but there still arem any prob lem s to be solved. In this review, the re- sear h in plant som ati em bryogenes is and the relational respond ing genes were introdu ed. And the phys iologi al and b io- hem i al bases w ere dis ussed.
